Luxury retail: Elevating Loyalty for a New Generation
When LANDMARK set out to refresh their BESPOKE loyalty programme, the brief was clear: elevate every interaction, both digital and physical, to reflect the ultra-luxury experience their customers expect, while engaging the next generation.
Our rebrand went far beyond a facelift. It was a strategic overhaul, designed to simplify the user journey and refine the rewards tier system, making it easier to understand and more intuitive to progress through.
We streamlined the rewards offering and renamed the tiers to reflect a broader emotional tonality, aligning more closely with the overall loyalty experience.
The visual identity system was crafted to appeal to a younger audience without alienating existing clientele. Built as a flexible toolkit, it draws on a rich collage of experiences synonymous with LANDMARK. As with all our work, we design for the long term: how will it be used? Is it adaptable across formats? Can it be animated easily? Most importantly, can internal teams use it without relying on external support?
The result? A loyalty ecosystem that feels seamless, elegant and distinctly premium. A flexible structure with room to grow, yet simple enough for customers to navigate rewards and tiers with ease.
